The brief was to exhaust the maximum buildability of the plot, so the house stands vertically without recesses, with hardly any overhangs, balconies or verandas.

To give the building a more human scale, the project is divided into several blocks arranged on a horizontal and lighter base and transparency is given to the access area.

The basement, which contains the basement, forms a generous terrace, as an extension of the first floor rooms.

Wood and vitrified brick, bush-hammered concrete panels and glass combined with solar protection systems are used.
